Plant Health Study

FFIL is a recognised leader in the industry for Engineering and Construction of Process Plants. Our expertise in this sector is frequently tapped by our clients in India and abroad for conducting plant health study during shutdowns. We have been consulted on numerous ocassions for health study of plant before a possible relocation.

Our Health Study Service includes:

1) Study of Physical Health of the Plant - Structural Integrity of Equipments and Structures
2) Study of Heating Equipments - Preheaters, Heaters, Boilers etc.
3) Study of Rotating Equipments - Drives, Pumps, Blowers etc.
4) Study of Electrical and Instrumentation Systems
5) study of other parts of the plants including but not limited to filteration & evaporation systems, lifting & conveying sytems etc.

Revamping and De-Bottlenecking

FFIL is an industry leader for engineering and construction of Sulphuric Acid Plants. In alliance with Outotec (formerly OutoKumpu) of Germany, FFIL has built numerous plants in India and abroad. This experience has helped FFIL to amass critical knowledge on elementary and off-gas acid plants. FFIL is now capable of providing Re-Vamping and De-Bottlenecking services to clients.

We have recently revamped a 2x3500 TPD Sulphuric Acid Plant for IFFCO at Paradeep, India.

Re-Location & Re-Construction

FFIL has a strong construction background. With it's construction expertise, FFIL has been a preferred partner of choice for conducting relocation of existing plants. Our previous projects includes Re-Location of an Oil Refinery from Saudi Arabia to Yemen, Re-Construction of a 1850TPD Sulphuric acid plant in India among others.

For such projects, FFIL is capable of taking single point responsibility for Uprooting, Packing, Transportation, Re-Construction and Commissioning of re-located plants.
